The main tasks:
1) collection and preparation of materials necessary for the work of the Council, the Committee of the Council and the Management Board and the minutes of their meeting,
2) keeping records related to the statements of councilors and the transfer of asset declarations to the competent tax authorities,
3) keeping records related to any duties and training of councilors, as well as payment and settlement of receivables to which they are entitled
4) drafting the District Statute, the Organizational Regulations and the Rules of Operation for the district office and a collection of authorizations and powers of attorney to handle matters on behalf of the Starost,
5) managing Starost and Deputy and Public Service Office,
6) dealing with personal matters of the District Office employees and District Sanitary Inspector, the District Inspector of Building and heads of organizational units of the District - excluding heads of educational institutions, as well as organizing the recruitment for clerical vacant positions,
7) District Office IT support,
8) receiving notifications on finding lost things, storing these things and searching for persons entitled to receive them,
9) ensuring proper functioning of installations and maintaining order and cleanliness in the district office building and within the property, as well as providing material and technical supplies to Starost.
